OmniSpecialty Corporation was started in 1995 in Teaneck, NJ.  In 2002, we moved to our current location in Hackensack, NJ after acquiring Napp Technologies, LLC.  In 2018, we purchased Betachem.  Currently, all three companies operate from our offices.
